'Excellent hotel and food'

'Kamer niet goed schoon. Haren in de douche en wasbak. Onvriendelijk personeel aan de desk. Bij aankomst was het eerste woord naar mij op een strenge manier "'

'One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed for 4 nights from October 1–5. As soon as we saw the room, we contacted Hotels.com and asked to cancel the remaining 3 nights, without requesting a refund for the first night. The hotel refused, so we had no choice but to stay. The problem is not that the hotel is old, but the serious lack of maintenance and hygiene. The rooms were dirty: stained walls, black sink drains, broken faucet fittings and toilet parts, damaged curtain rails, and...

'Alles gut!'

'When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!'

'The hotel was very good. Perfect location. The staff was amazing. The room was nice and airconditioning as well. The breakfast was delicious. Family atmosphere. I recommend everyone.'

'Betty, the host was very accommodating allowed us to check in early and also upgraded our room. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and provided welcome snacks, water and coffee. The hotel is close to bus and train station and walking distance for sightseeing.'

'Perfect location (but can’t be reached by car), nice breakfast buffet included, clean and practical, well working AC and dark curtains, nice staff-all you need'

'My favorite in Skopje. Nice room. Wonderful restaurant on top floor.'

'The stay was great the only thing we would have wanted was a few more square feet of hotel room. Great recommadation for supper.'
