'Very disappointing experience. Breakfast was advertised as free/included, but we were later told we had to pay for it. We also accidentally left the room key in a taxi and immediately informed the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, we were threatened with police involvement and later told the taxi driver wanted 50 GEL to return the key, although the information we received directly from the driver was different. The communication from the hotel became extremely unpleasant and threatening....
