The home was about a mile to the beautiful Rotary Park with a walking path along the river. Good location to local restaurants and shopping.'

'This is a great place to stay! Very clean and has everything you will need! Best bang for your buck by far! This is the 3rd property I've stayed at in Kingman with this host and every time, the process has be so easy. They are great to work with. Communication is great. The location is perfect!! 'This is a very nice house, located up a steep driveway, with a huge garage. All 1 level, the house itself is good for seniors. The neighborhood is nice, but also on a steep hill, making it difficult to walk. There is a nice patio off the LR and MB with a table and chairs and a gas grill. The backyard is fenced and there seemed to be good security. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, which was helpful.
