'The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. 'I think it's the cleanest hotel in the world. I had a wonderful room with seaview and balcony. 2 single beds (I was alone) the mattress was very hard (some people prefer) . Location is perfect to Varna city and beach. You can rent a car from the hotel. Only downfall was that there was only 1,5 minutes of warm water in the shower and no breakfast after season. There is a little shop next to the hotel , so you won't starve 😂 My stay was pleasant overall.'

'Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited. '
