"Stayed for 3 days in a nice villa with a terrible owner who violates the privacy of the residents. Doug and his wife had come in unannounced and unauthorized in the evening. Without any apologies and very rudeness. I will never need this villa again!"

"I have no idea how the property is. I made a reservation, but had to cancel due to a last minute issue that came up. I gave property 2+ weeks notice of the cancellation so that they can find someone else. Instead, they refused to try and find anyone else during that time and decided not to refund ..."
