'The hotel lobby and hallways were clean. The only issue we had was there were bugs in our bathroom and walkway leading into the room. We reported to the front desk and were offered a new room. We were on a tight schedule the full day we had in bainbridge and didn’t have time to change rooms. Since it seemed to be isolated to the bathroom area we took our chances. When we returned after being away almost all day we asked the same front desk person for a discount. At that point it seems he had...

Told me would give me a refund, but told me had to contact VBRO and when i did, she just never responded back to me. Its understandable that i wouldn't get a refback but dont say youll give someone a refund back and then ignore them.'
