'The room itself was nice. However being in the basement we did notice a damp like smell in the main corridors. However, the major downside was the significant construction works taking part immediately outside the property. The workers started at 7:15am which meant our stay started with 2 very tired young children who were woken early after a long day of travelling. The workmen stopped at 6pm so it depends on how much time you spend in the property during the day as to how disruptive the noise...
