On the description it says many things like welcome drinks etc. but when we arrived there was none. I give them kudos for allowing to check me in a bit earlier then standard check-in time. When we want to use the big pool on 01st floor we were unable because they were cleaning for hours. And when we did the next days after the water was not clear. 'Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. Would say the walk to the beach is more like 20/25 minutes but grabs come super quick and probably take 5 mins to get there. The roof terrace and pool are lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I actually didn’t really want to leave and will 10000% stay here on my next visit to Da Nang'

'Good hotel for a good price. Have already reviewed it for a previous stay so will not add much in this review. For our stay in Da Nang,that was in 4 different hotels in the 30-60$ per night price range, this hotel was our favourite. Mainly due to the room which was very big and exquisite and the closeness to fun stuff in the neighborhood. We did experience ants that were attracted to our open food, which we werebt prepared for and had to throw out as they were already setting up camp there...

'I was in the Deluxe Studio on the 2nd floor and was told it is the best room in the facility - and it was wonderful! Spacious, bright with big windows overlooking the front courtyard. Very peaceful and comfortable! Air conditioning worked great. Pool is quite small, though this didn’t bother me as I’m not a pool person - I did see others partaking of it and they appeared happy enough. "This resort is really 2 or 3 resorts in one. You can stay around the main area and have a traditional beach resort vibe. You can stay in one of the rooms surrounding the lagoon pool and garden to get a more tropical atmosphere or you could splurge and get one of the big villas if you want more privacy. We chose to stay in the lagoon area as that best fits us. The whole stay was honestly amazing, if we had more time in Da Nang we would have definitely still spent it at Furama resort"
