Bedagat hotel på dåligt läge.
Hotellet saknade värme på rummet. Enda sättet att få upp temperaturen var att stänga av fläkten. Personalen allmänt dålig på engelska och läget inget att rekommendera.

This is one of the very few premier hotels in the neighborhood. Besides that food and property, the service is impeccable. Jack, the manager, goes beyond normal service to take care of customers and if it wasn’t for Jack, I would have been really lost in Dongguan. Jack’s service is not limited to the premises but he makes sure you are set off the property too especially if you’re a first time visitor to China. Jack, I really thank you for all you’ve done during my stay on and off the premises. If its your first time in China and Dongguan, don’t look any further and look for Jack during your stay.

滿意中有遺憾
優點:價格合宜、空間寬敞、地理位置也不錯,周邊尚算便利。缺點:這次住的禁煙客房,居然有濃濃香煙味,前一房客也實在很沒水準,酒店竟也未停租處理。若非考慮同事就住對門房,求便利個人才未要求換房。中國太多禁煙的室內空間居然都還允許抽煙,真的很匪夷所思。另外,電視頻道的畫質根本是爛的一塌糊塗,連早年的VCD品質還不如,不看也罷。

This time, the room is not very good. Indeed, hotel has some maintenance problem. The air con is not very cold. And the whole floor is lack of fresh air. In summer time, this is very unacceptable.

The room was comfortable and well laid out. WiFi speed was intermittent even at off hours Front desk service was great but the service in the Japanese restaurant and the bar were horrific. I was the only one in the restaurant with the staff no more than two meters away yet I had to signal them for every bit of service I ordered grilled cod which came to the table clearly pan fried in butter. The mushroom soup had a large deposit of black pepper at the base of the bowl making it difficult to taste anything except the pepper The bar beer pours were half foam

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel nous offre une connexion Internet restrictive. Il y a une lettre dans la chambre qui explique que c'est la loi et le comportement des clients. Je n'ai pas pu faire mon travail de communication pendant mon séjour. J’ai passé trois jours juste avant dans un hôtel du même quartier et il n’y avait aucune connexion restrictive pour Internet. Donc c'est la loi ou ce sont les règles de l'hôtel?

The great experience for stay.
The great experience while stay for the business trip. The luxury facility in lobby and room, friendly and warmly stuff, to make you felt comfortable just like stay at home. Ok for business travel
This is a good hotel for the area with very few options in Chang’An. Food quality is only ok, but service is friendly and the rooms are large, well maintained and clean.

Clean, comfortable and warm hotel!
Every time when I’m going to dongguan, I will stay in this hotel,The hotel is convenient to ours factory in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable, The staff are very nice and make me feel at home every time.....!
