'Clean large room , very friendly personnel , breakfast OK'

'The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was easy to catch a taxi. The room was clean, and since I stayed for a few days and tried two different room types, I got to experience both, which were both wonderful. The staff were also friendly, and overall everything was really good. My only regret and downside was that, due to an unavoidable situation, I had to check out early and couldn't use the room for the remaining days. Unfortunately, no partial refund was provided for...

'I have stayed here multiple times but this recent stay in October was very unpleasant because this hotel heavily restricts the AC. There was a mini heat wave last week, and my room temperature was 80F for most of my stay. They did provide a fan, but it barely made any difference. Even when the AC did come on from 11am to 3pm, the room temperature dropped only 4F after several hours. I was forced to move to another hotel, but they did refund me so that was good.'

'This hotel has seen better days. The interior is outdated. The room was equipped with a device on the wall that, apparently, controlls things. I managed to dimm the brightness despite the Korean language. However, it still lights up the room, which is annoying after a 15 hour trip. Persons taller than 1.75 can only use the handshower because the big shower head can't be set at an appropriate height. The mattress was quite hard as well. The hotel was clean. '

'The area was not nice surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself seemed liked a motel. The rooms were clean but hot. I had to ask for help to fix the ac unit. They helped begrudgingly.'
