'Hotel is nice, service is great, location in Jomtien was good, if Jomtien is your destination stay here you will really enjoy it. But if you have childeren just don’t go to Jomtien or Pattaya it is not a location for kids. The atmosphere in this area is different then in the rest of Thailand.'

'Lovely hotel. Hotel is situated in a Russian neigbourhood. Within 10 minutes walk to the evening market. Lots of choice for breakfast. Beds are big and matrass is hard. Could use more beds at the poolside. Beach is across the Street. Walls are pretty thin, we found out the second week we stayed. '

'My only turn off is that there's no elevator, I have to use the stairs to the 2nd floor. I have a knee meniscus tear and it's not easy to use the stairs. But the staff gave an excellent service. The Property is very safe and clean.'

'Room is spacious with wooden tile floor. Quiet at night for good sleep. Have balcony. Bathroom is ok, water pressure abit weak. Bed is comfortable, little bit hard maybe for some. Staff nice people.
Overall what you get for 20$ / night is superb.

Nice bedroom design with balcony with nice view of the ocean, Koh lan and beautiful sunset. Extremely convenient location, big 7-Eleven on the beach, nice Sand Cafe with wide choice of food all within a 2 minutes walk. Located on very quiet street with very little car or motorbike circulation.'

'Nice hotel in a quiet street. Had a great stay here. Very nice staff. Had all the stuff i need. Safe, watercooker, great wifi, good shower. The only bad thing a noticed was the last mirning before checkout. The sugarbags contained small ants. Oof. Please replace those!!

"Hotel is een beetje vergane glorie. In heel Thailand nog nooit zo'n ongeïnteresseerd en passief personeel meegemaakt. De kamer die wij geboekt hadden maakte veel goed, alhoewel ook hier een en ander aan renovatie toe was. Deuren die niet sluiten, uit de kast vallende planken en een likje verf zou ook niet misstaan. Gezelligheid is hier niet te vinden. Locatie daarentegen perfect. En daar gaat het eigenlijk ook om. "
