'The hotel was great right from the start. The front desk always had someone available whenever I had a question, and both check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a direct message from the concierge service checking in to see how everything was going and whether we were settling in well — that extra touch felt incredible and very thoughtful. The room was clean, and having a suite with a separate living space allowed the kids to stay on...

'Very clean room, it's a new condo building. The location is good. Only issue was use of parking lot had some initial hiccup because the system could not scan the license plate and pressing the HELP button didn't do anything. Other than that, great stay and great communication. '
