'En nuestra llegada no nos trataron con amabilidad. Cuando llegamos al cuarto el lavamanos estaba lleno de pelos, el zafacón encima del inodoro y la cortina de la bañera enrollada, al parecer iban a limpiar el baño y nunca lo hicieron o no lo terminaron. La funda de la almohada estaba manchada. No nos sentimos cómodos y no se sentía limpio, solo íbamos a pasar una noche porque salíamos de viaje temprano en la mañana, única razón por la que decidimos quedarnos porque ya era tarde en la noche.'

In addition to the relaxing nature of the lobby, the rooftop area, complete with hammocks and tables for lounging was a great experience. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very relaxing. 'I loved this place! Definitely will come back. Gorgeous hotel and welcoming environment. Right on the beach. Loved the open windows and immensely friendly and helpful staff. Very attentive and regularly checked on us while we hung out around the hotel and the beach. Restaurant only serves guests which makes service quick and food is good. Great location in walking distance to other things. Beach was beautiful. Hotel was very clean. Will absolutely come back and can’t wait to! Highly recommend...

'My family and I loved this hotel. It was different from the other hotels because it provided a more "hacienda" type feel with the style of rooms, my mom got an apartment style room which was amazing and she loved it. They gave us fresh towels every day and the staff were kind and helpful- even letting us keep our bags somewhere since we were early for check-on. The location is great only 15 minutes from most things and a smaller version of Condado beach only 3 blocks away. I would definitely...

'My sheets had a stain. Found a hair in the faucet that wasn’t ours. Had an issues with leaky ceiling that wet the bed due to that we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. There was no running water. Once in the new room had a horrible accident the bathroom door fell on my friends foot was immobile after that and our trip was cut short.'
