'The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Not a bad property for the value. It needs updating, but that does not bother me as long as it’s clean and comfortable. I always love when they have a waffle machine and free breakfast. Overall, for the value, I would definitely stay again.'

'I stayed here with my dog while we were going to visit New River Gorge (which I also highly recommend!). Nobody seemed annoyed that I had my dog! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. It was safe and clean. The park was super close and there is a ton of stuff to eat nearby as well. I appreciated the room also came with a fridge and microwave. Good tv options (it rained a lot on day so I appreciated this). Coffee available all day. Ample parking. Really can’t go wrong...

'The girl at the reception at our arrival was very nice and helped us out greatly. Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes and could use renovation.'

'The front desk staff was very friendly and suggested a restaurant and also the New River Gorge Visitor Center. We went to both places and enjoyed them. The bed was comfortable. Had a complimentary breakfast that was okay. If I were to go back I would probably stay there again.'

'Property was very close to New River Gorge and the cute town of Fayetteville! Everything in the room seemed very clean, even though much of it was outdated. Parking was limited and the included breakfast was not great, but if you want to stay in a close location to the park and you won’t be in your room much then it’s a great choice!'

'The gentleman who waited on us to check in & out wasn’t friendly. He was difficult to hear because he spoke softly. He did not offer a receipt at check out. The Window blind in room was broken. When retracting, it appeared to be broken on the left side. There was no wall thermostat in the room - only holes where it should have been. A channel guide would be helpful for the tv.'

'Very nice rebuild in progress. We were there for the soft open and experienced some of the growing pains. But the staff was friendly and kind. The room was very clean. We would have liked to know in advance that the pool was not functioning. Looks like the place is on it's way to be a really good value in a convenient location.'

'We arrived at 4pm and they gave away our room to someone else in error because they didn't bother to check the name. So we had to settle for a smaller room that was not as clean as expected for a newer hotel. Very disappointed. The best part of tge stay was their pancake machine ar breakfast. Even though I travel through the area often, I won't be going back. Definitely not up to Hilton hotel group standards.'

'Staff was great. Facility could use some help: ice machines didn't work. The desk clerk took my cup and went somewhere to put ice in it. No usb ports in room for charging devices. Hair dryer in room 207 didn't work.'
