'The place is nice and clean. Staffs are fantastic. Nice 45minutes walk by the lake to Queenstown. You need to pay for hotel parking however we managed free street parking. Only downside was that the spa was very far to our room, it is winter, we opted to not walk to the spa even though we booked the place for the spa.'
