'Honestly, I had read some not so good feedback and did have second thoughts about making the booking. I have no idea what they were talking about. Our experience was nothing but positive. From the staff to the food, I don't have anything negative to say. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was awesome and the service was quick. The atmosphere was relaxed. Most definitely going back.'

'First impressions last! We were greeted warmly and allowed to check-in early which was lovely. Always nice to unpack a little and head off for the day. Awesome spot with amazing views and a few resident Kereru to enhance the views. Would highly recommend!'

'Stayed 3 nights in a lovely room with amazing views of the bay, surrounding hills and garden. Rowly and Martha were excellent hosts, informative, hospitable and serving delicious breakfasts of home grown fruits yoghurts, mixed breads, meats, cereals and scrummie cooked breakfast, done as you requested. Nothing was too much trouble and we would recommend to anyone. Couldn't fault anything and we were sad to leave. If back to Cable Bay in the future we will be there, for sure. ♥️'
