'House is more run down than pictured. When we arrived it was a bit dirty. Some bugs in the ground, a sticky brown substance on the floor. The floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We could have managed that, but as we gathered in the living room a MOUSE ran across the floor. This was immediately addressed with the property manager. 'Great place with the character of an older home that brings back memories of our childhoods. Had a guys weekend to catch up and enjoy some of the opportunities of Lincoln NE. Nice neighborhood and close to all of the places we wanted to visit. '
