'Kevin and Tonya have created a very special motel. Kevin is on the local tourism board and knowledgeable about the area. Both are nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and don't break the bank. Convenient location. They offer locally-roasted coffee in the morning or a nice selection of tea and have a nice partnership with a local restaurant nearby for breakfast (large portions and delicious). 'Hampton Inn waterfront was top notch! It was a great location for the beach. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Beach had accessibility for wheelchairs to get down to the lake. The hotel was very clean! All the staff were so friendly and helpful.
