Land van een boerderij in de Ozark Mountains

Boerderij gelegen in het midden van 200 acres klaar om te verkennen. Home is bijgewerkt en heeft 4 slaapkamers. 2 auto geopend carport. We hebben ook een andere lijst (VRBO # 789472), die zich op dezelfde boerderij.

Kanoën. Het pand ligt op 5 mijl van Big Piney Creek en Rushing Road brug. Big Piney Creek is een belangrijke kanoën bestemming in Arkansas. Moore Buiten is een populaire kanoverhuur voor de Big Piney. Google Moore Outdoors om hun website te vinden. Eigenschap is ook ongeveer 1 uur rijden naar Buffalo River.

ATV Trail Riding. Ongeveer 15 mijl ten noorden van Scenic Hwy 7 is de Mocassin Gap ATV Trail. De paden zijn goed gemarkeerd en gemakkelijk te vinden. Er zijn verschillende watervallen en mooie kreekkruising. Het ATV-pad van Brock Creek ligt op ongeveer 48 km afstand. Brock Creek zou meer geavanceerde paden zijn en de markeringen zijn niet zo goed.

Visserij. Veel vissen beschikbare opties in het gebied. Er zijn gevulde vijvers beschikbaar op het terrein die beschikbaar zijn voor vissen. Daarnaast is het vissen op de Big Piney Creek erg populair (dubbele bruggen naar de kreek van de Rushing Road kunnen ontspannende vis- en kanotochten zijn). Tenslotte Lake Dardanelle State Park, die landelijk bekend staat om zijn uitstekende bas visserij is een 12-mijl rijden van Dover, AR.

Motorfietsen: perfect startpunt voor motorrijders die het Ozark-gebergte willen verkennen. Mooi lanceerpunt naar de volgende bestemmingen: Jasper, AR, Hot Sprints, Mount Nebo, Mount Magazine.

Zwemmen: Het beste zwemmende gat in Arkansas bevindt zich bij Long Pool, dat grote rotsen heeft om te springen (ergens tussen de 8 en 12 voet) die kinderen absoluut gek maken. Long Pool State Park heeft $ 3 voor parkeren en je hebt exact contant geld nodig, want het is self service. Breng een drijfinrichting mee als je de kreek moet zwemmen om naar de rotsen te komen.

Wandelen: In de buurt van de volgende wandelpaden: voetstuk Rock (wandeling onder de bluff-lijn om alle grotten te zien), Glory Hole (waterval stroomt in de grot), Alum Cove Natural Bridge (grotten), Long Pool State Park (watervallen), Whitaker Point (beste site voor foto in Arkansas om je reis te herdenken).

Dichtstbijzijnde stad: Dover, AR is ongeveer 5 mijl afstand. Toegang tot supermarkt en restaurants in Dover.

We stayed in this farm house on a very rich in history farm in the ozark mountains, the house was very well equipped and fit our needs well, the owners were very accomodating as we had trucks and trailers with side by sides and our pontoon boat as well. We had friends and family that stayed at the other two vrbo locations on the same farm. All were very well kept and a very nice setting. They were clean and cozy.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay in this home. The property was clean, well-stocked and communication with the host was easy. The home was in close vicinity to hiking and swimming holes. Our boys really enjoyed fishing the ponds on the prooerty. We really appreciated that the home was pet friendly. We were able to bring our small terrier mix along. If you are looking for a home in peaceful surroundings, i highly recommend!

My fishing partner and I along with another team came to town for a National Championship fishing event. The property was amazing and everything as advertised. Easy in-town trip to the lake every morning and plenty of food options to choose from within 15 minutes. Charles was great and checked in periodically to see how things were going. Extremely peaceful!! Would definately recommend.

This is a nice peaceful place out in the country. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, which you don't always get with rentals. We brought our dog and he loved it too. Floors are hardwood, so we brought his dog bed and that worked great. We stayed a week and kept ourselves very busy with lots of hiking and sightseeing in the area. We drove up to Branson one day to see a show. Another day we drove down to Hot Springs. This place is about midway between those. Every other day we found hiking trails within 30-45 minutes and saw some beautiful creeks and waterfalls. For other coffee lovers, the coffee maker is a Nespresso which uses pods. There were several pods already there and we got some more. On our last day we met Lawanda. She was very friendly and showed us the barn where the Wagyu cattle are kept. The kids got some cow-kisses. Overall we had a wonderful stay here. No complaints!

I have stayed at this house several times with a group of dirt bike riders. While not "in the heart" of the trails we like to ride (in the Ozark National Forest), it's only 10-15 minute pavement ride to them. We love the carport for parking our bikes. With 2 bathrooms, a large well-stocked kitchen, 4+bedrooms, and large living room, it easily acommodates a large group. For this trip, there was only 4 of us, so it was MORE than adequate. The proximity to Russellville for great dining options after a hard day of riding is a nice bonus.

I brought a group of students to auditions. This cozy and comfy house was exactly what we needed to allow the kids to socialize and explore before their stressful day. Note: the gaming room doesnt have a door, which was fine for us, but not mentioned in the description. Also, the twin bed is very narrow, which our kids thought was cozy but someone my age and size might not have. The owner has family nearby, and everyone was friendly as anyone could wish. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was really cool and remote. The owners that live right next door were super hospitable and it was fantastic meeting them. Downside. The driveway is gravel but there is a spot for covered parking. The location is a bit remote to make it to all the fun roads that Arkansas has to offer, but it is a very central location, to a lot different places. We met a lot of nice people in Dover, and Russellville is close enough for food options.

This was our second time staying here. Owners are so nice and accommodating. Cabin is very clean and stocked very well with basics: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and etc. Close to Mack’s pine and Moccasin gap for riding atvs-you have to trailer to trailheads but still very close. The property is beautiful and very well taken care of.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Dale Farm! They are very hospitable. The house is very well kept. It has a lot of cooking supplies and even fishing poles! No Wi-Fi but you can play games with your family and watch movies on the DVD. We caught some fish, but threw them back. It was fun just fishing. Great water pressure and awesome bathroom!

The property is very nice and accommodating for a vacation. It’s in the country so the stars were amazing, it was very quiet, we didn’t need to worry about traffic at all! The grounds were kept very nicely. The flowers and shrubs and trees were beautiful and attracted many hummingbirds. There was plenty of mowed grass for our boys to play and explore! The property manager was very attentive and helpful, but not over bearing. Sprint does not work at the property. So make sure you have verizon or att&t or a hot spot with those networks. Our sprint hot spot did not work unless we went into a larger town. It is in the country and at least 45 minutes away from a large city with more chain type stores. There is a small town within 15-20 minutes and there is a walmart in that town. There were lots of games and puzzles to play at the house. There was a small TV, DVD player, and movies to watch. It was a great place to kick back and relax!

Spent 4 nights at this beautiful property! Owners were very courteous and responsive to our questions. The only thing that could have made it better is if the weather had been cooler, but that's what happens in July, it's just hot! The views are splendid with lots of windows for enjoying the beautiful scenery. The mimosa tree in the backyard was a hummingbird Haven - so fun to watch! Highly recommend this VRBO

I stayed here with my husband, parents, and my children. It was absolutely breathtaking, and my kids loved fishing in the catfish pond with my husband. The homeowner's parents live close by and were great hosts, very sweet people.

This was the perfect week getaway we did not want to leave. House was incredible although we only had 3 adults house was plenty big for a more. Good size bedrooms, nice family sitting room, large dining table, huge deck and big kitchen for cooking. House is decorated incredibly, makes you feel at home. Lots of unique and different things to check out in house. House has games to pass time if bad weather. Cell services is available if you have the need not to completely disconnect. We love seeing Mr. C (huge friendly bull) come see us at the fence line. Always half dozen or more deer in the far field in the morning and evening. Lots of cows around too nothing like hearing Moos during the day. Perfect quiet peaceful get away.
