'Bathroom shower was not safe for older adult. Very slippery tub, nothing to hold onto getting in and out of shower. On second floor so could hear people above us. Room was like a great apartment. Downtown location was wonderful, but parking was 1.5 blocks away with tight parking spaces.'

'Good location at the edge of downtown Asheville. Easy walk to downtown stores and restaurants. Close access to expressways and the Biltmore. Convenient paid parking. Room was recently renovated, except the bathroom, which had old style tub/shower and toilet. Shower water valve handle broken when we arrived, but the maintenance man came promptly and fixed it.'

'Will definitely stay here again when we come back for another concert at the Harrah’s center. Very convenient location and lovely staff. The pillows could be more firm (my hand fell completely asleep from using it as support) but that’s my only complaint. '

'Second stay at this hotel. Love the location and that they offer parking on-site. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room was a huge bonus. Only complaint is that our room was on the first floor (near the pool)... the sound of the laundry carts going by in the mornings was quite loud. Even with that, we would definitely stay here again. The staff is very nice and the price/location are great!'
