'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '

'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'This hotel is great! Rooms are clean, towels are big & the heat works well. Everyone is very nice, helpful & professional. The free breakfast is delicious. There is always coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, cookies & water available in the lobby. There is a small store for snacks & souvenirs. The parking lot was cleared of snow as needed.
