'We came expecting a quiet room, amenities shown on the Web page, and a provided breakfast. The last item met expectations. The first floor was jackhammering out the bathrooms for a remodel during much of the daylight hours. It was easy to hear on the second floor. 'We were unable to make it to the hotel for the reservation and they couldn't refund the room as it was made through you all they said. There were problems and car troubles. '

'The Hampton Inn McMinnville was an excellent host for my stay there along with 20 or so others. The breakfast bar (included) was fantastic with a great selection and quantity to choose from. We reserved a meeting room close to the breakfast area to set up our own area to relax as a group with a buffet and bar for drinks. The staff and especially the night manager were extremely accommodating and responsive to our group needs. The only issue I encountered in my room (201) was the bathroom sink...

'Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.'

'There were 4 drunken man from Costa Rica in the swimming pool with beer bottles until midnight. The Hotel management did not care. If you want to swim in a decent pool, don't go to this Hotel. The floor carpet in the Hotel is from the flower-power period and it is very dirty. It is a pity so see how this Hotel de-classifies itself, because there are very nice restaurants on walking distance.'
