'I am not totally satisfied: i got a room with two beds instead of a room with a king bed (what I booked). The room was warm and the airco is not able to cool it down to a temperature that I like, but only 5 'degrees'? from a central decided point. Why not giving me the option that I want my room at 18 degrees? Would be better. Now it was much too warm for me. Breakfast is good but crowded. You have to pay for the spa and swimming pool, but they are honest about it.'

'Erg fijne zwembad en spa '

'Loved feeling like I was actually part of “neighbourhood life” while lodging at Stayery. Easily accessible public transit/quick walk to Ostkreuz train station. Clean, spacious and bright room with all the commodities needed to down a few days. Service was attentive and friendly. Close to spãtis, groceries, good coffee and plenty of restaurants. Slept with earplugs as it can get a bit loud on in rooms facing the street. All in all, would stay here again. 4.5/5'

'Over het algemeen was de accommodatie heel verzorgd en netjes. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als ik nog een keer naar Berlijn ga, dan zal ik hier zeker nog een keer naartoe gaan!'

'Schone kamer voorzien van airconditioning en uitstekend ontbijtbuffet.'

'Great environment, new room, love the swimming pool and sauna!'

'One of my worst experiences. I was there during the heat wave in Berlin and it was absolutely a heat dome inside the hotel with no AC anywhere and only a handful of table fans. I confirmed with the staff to arrange a fan for my room prior to my arrival and was denied one at the reception. There was no follow-up and no attempt or effort made to arrange this minimum requirement. In the last night there were random knocks in our hotel room and we were unable to even contact reception since there...

'Heb om een factuur gevraagd maar heb het nog niet binnen '
