'Nice place to stay, very friendly owner, excellent breakfast. Lovely location and view from the conservatory. The only problem was the room shower, tricky to control and weak flow. We informed the owner and he is going to look into getting it fixed.'

'First I was sent a text with check in instructions for the wrong room so nearly walked in on another family. Then there was a party in the room directly beside ours that were up until 4am yelling, laughing, banging around etc. both inside and outside the property. There was no staff on site at any point in time to deal with these messes so we had to handle by phone or text.'

'The stay was for 2 nights. Daily cleaning was not provided and done in the room. Even though, I called and asked for it, nothing was done. Tea and coffee sachets were not replenished on the second day.'

'The included breakfast was fantastic. Many options and the fresh fruit salad was good quality. Clean and useful bedroom and bathroom with comfy bed and duvet. We had 6 flights of stairs to our room which was fine and expected. The location is a long way from the seaside action but again, expected.'
