'Beautiful, spacious room in a convenient location. On-site parking was $20 per day, which felt reasonable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The fireplace was a lovely touch and kept the room warm and cosy, the room itself was very well insulated, and the shower pressure was excellent.
There were a few downsides. At night there was a noticeable sound coming from within the walls that didn’t occur during the daytime. The room service menu for dinner mains was also quite...

'Stunning views, beautiful location although a bit out of town, easy quick drive though. Slow wifi although better if you’re in reception. No smart tv or streaming which was rough with the kids as theois no abc kids or kids channel. Hotel is a bit dated. '

'What a fabulous resort! We were lucky enough to be staying in a one bedroom suite that was beautifully furnished and immaculate throughout, in fact so lovely that it was difficult to go exploring each day I would have happily curled up in front of the fireplace and read my book for 2 days with the occassional stroll around the amazing facilities! The resort facilities are immaculate, with a shuttle running into Arrowtown or Queenstown every hour. We are already planning our return stay.'

'Little off the bestond tracks, But in a beautiful part of the South Island. Very comfortable. Spacious accomodations in large and well taken care of gardens. No toiletteries in the room was my first in NZ. Claim of fre WIFI is, like more often in NZ, just a few MB are free. Than u pay. I do not understand this. Free should be free. You dont’t offer free parking up to 3 am do you...'

'Pulling up to this estate feels like you are in a movie! The building and rooms are so gorgeous and well maintained, we felt like royalty! Especially the breakfast, it was incredible and the best included breakfast of any hotel I have been to! '
