'Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!'

'Fantastic Lake Travis getaway! The property does not have a direct view of lake Travis but just a short walk to the shoreline. The property sets within the lakes tree line giving a nice breeze when enjoying the large elevated deck. The property if gorgeous, new amenities from top to bottom providing the comforts of home while on vacation. 'I absolutely loved my stay at the Modern Boho Guesthouse! The space was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I walked in, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The location is fantastic—having a convenience store right next door and a breakfast spot just across the street made everything so easy. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me.The only things worth noting are a couple of details not mentioned in the listing....
