Bella Vista in Our Hill Town

Geniet van uw ochtendkoffie en / of ontbijt op het 40 ft balkon, kijkend naar de zonsopgang.
De uitzichten zijn geweldig en zullen nooit worden vergeten.

Loop bij zonsondergang naar het centrum van het pand, ga zitten en bekijk de zonsondergang met een glas wijn of bubbels in onze comfortabele Adirondack-stoelen.

Zittend boven 21 hectare onontwikkeld heuvelland, zult u genieten van alle luxe van het moderne leven in deze gloednieuwe villa's, gebouwd in 2016.

Bella Vista heeft een slaapkamer en een badkamer en is 810 m². De villa ligt tussen ons huis en onze gastschuur, maar is niet zo dichtbij als huizen in een onderverdeling. Je hebt absolute privacy maar bent niet helemaal alleen in het bos. Dit type vakantie is voor degenen die het meest geweldige uitzicht en privacy willen, maar het niet erg vinden om de oprit, grill en het zwembad te delen.

Met drie gebouwen op een privéheuvel noemen we dit onze kleine heuvelstad. We hielden ervan om enkele van de prachtige heuvelsteden van Italië te bezoeken en we voelen ons alsof we onze eigen hier in Dripping Springs hebben ontdekt.

We worden omringd door wijnhuizen, trouwlocaties en brouwerijen. U zult genieten van een 270 graden uitzicht op het heuvelland! De privacy en het uitzicht zullen u verbazen.

Bella Vista bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping. Het heeft stappen om te klimmen. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en de woonkamer heeft een slaapbank. De tv in de woonkamer heeft een toegevoegde blueray / dvd-speler met verschillende films om naar te kijken. Deze eenheid is warm en uitnodigend. Een echte privéuitstap!

2 tv's in eenheid. Een in de slaapkamer, een in de woonkamer. Internet met wifi.
Wasmachine en droger, complete keuken en een groot terras / dek.
Alle linnengoed voorzien. Dekbedovertrekken op bedden worden na elke gast gewassen.
Minuten van Camp Lucy, The Creek Haus, Bell Springs Winery, Hawks Shadow Winery en Texas Hill Country Olive Company.
De oprijlaan is verhard en is 0,8 km lang. Geniet van een dagelijkse wandeling naar beneden en terug naar de poort, of durf de 21 hectare bos in. (er zijn nog geen wandelpaden.)

Ga zitten of eten op uw eigen balkon en geniet van het uitzicht en de natuur.

Groot zwembad met ligstoelen zijn achter het hoofdgebouw. Gebruik op uw gemak. Een gemakkelijke 72 stappen verwijderd van de villa.

Koffie, room en suiker zijn inbegrepen in de villa.

Picturesque Getaway!

Our stay at this property (Bella Vista Sunrise Villa) was nothing short of amazing!! We were looking for a tranquil, relaxing escape from work and this was just what the doctor ordered. The home was impeccably clean (pool and shared property areas were also) and beautifully well-appointed – with every convenience we could think of. The full kitchen had everything we could ever need for cooking a meal at home, there were cozy hotel-style bathrobes, and the convenience of having a washer/dryer while on vacation was an enormous bonus (didn't have to come home to a bag of laundry to do!). The check-in process was seamless, and the online listing was very accurate – in fact, the property was even better than described when we saw it in person!! Communication with Cindy, the property owner, was excellent. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect. It offered a scenic sanctuary far enough away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to enjoy the sounds of nature and the beautiful night sky and yet a quick and easy (and oh so beautiful...we saw deer galore!) trip to HEB and nearby shops and restaurants. The views of the Texas hill country are truly the BEST we've ever seen. Watching the spectacular sunrises (from bed if you want!) and the breathtaking sunsets made our stay truly magical. Overall, this property provided a picturesque getaway that we would highly recommend. We can't wait to return soon!

Perfect place for a Hill Country getaway!

We loved everything about our stay: the apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The view from the porch is better than advertised - the sunrise was stunning and the stars were even better. Correspondence with Cindy and her family was excellent - anything we needed they were there almost instantaneously. But the best part was their kindness and enthusiasm to host us - we will be returning just to see them again!

Wedding Getaway

We wanted to have a place that was just big enough for us. This place nails it. The view is amazing. just how quiet it was. We had wonderful weather and were able to leave the sliding door in the bedroom open. But we absolutely loved how free from road noise this place was. We wanted to be close to the venue for the wedding but a way from the wedding party. Waking up and sitting on the deck in the morning is a great way to start off relaxed for the day. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. The details given by them on how to get to and access the property was perfect. The host also asked if we wanted to robes. And these robes were great for a cool morning on the deck. Great place for a nice getaway for a couple or perfect for a family event. This property is fantastic.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

This is an amazing property! My husband and I loved staying at Bella Vista. It was the perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway. We enjoyed an amazing view of the beautiful hill country from the private balcony and the close proximity to Pedernales State Park and wineries. The accommodations are incredibly comfortable and tastefully decorated. Cindy is a wonderful host who has given a lot of attention to detail that make this property truly deserve 5 stars! We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Top of the Hill Country Views

Beautiful location for a 360 view of the Texas Hill Country. The accommodations were just fabulous with access to a very nice swimming pool. 3 nights were not enough. We'll be back.

Relaxation and Gorgeous View

We stayed in the upper unit and the views were breathe taking. Very comfortable bed and it had everything you'll need to relax and cook. Sweet touches with snacks, beverages and a gift 🎁. Far enough from town to simply enjoy the hill country, but close enough to hike in the parks or visit one or two....of the local breweries, distilleries or wineries. We heard great things about the hosts, but unfortunately never met them on our long-weekend stay. Definitely will be back!

Perfect getaway spot!

The property is quiet, clean, and has stunning views from the large back deck! The inside is really well laid out and makes great use of the space. We had everything we needed! The location is a little ways off of 290 but not too far - just the right distance to feel secluded but still within reasonable distance to amenities. Communication from the host was excellent - we were given specific instructions on how to find the house and check ourselves in. Watching the sunrise from the back deck was definitely the highlight. Would absolutely recommend for a nice weekend getaway!

On the top of the hill. Seems like it’s really out-of-the-way, but it’s not. Once you get used to the turnoffs it only takes about 5 minutes from the freeway. Everything was super clean the views from the balcony were great you can warch the sun rise and sun set. Quiet and isolated. Cindy was great! Had treats and drinks in frig for us. This really helps before you get to the store. Gift of their honey too! Just be aware…. The stairs are steep for carrying luggage

Hill Country at its Best

Charming condo in a beautiful hilltop setting. Owner makes you feel like a treasured guest. Enjoyed the quiet, wildlife, sun and the gorgeous pool set into the hilltop. Condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Was great to leave the world behind for a few days.

Perfect Getaway

Cindy and Troy have done a beautiful job with their Hill Town villas! Not only was my rental just what I needed- a peaceful, secluded, beautiful, clean, tastefully decorated villa, but also Cindy and Troy were wonderful hosts, providing all that I needed during my stay & with such thoughtfulness. This property was amazing! The views are everything and the pool is an added bonus to soak in the views. The property is a nice location away from town, but not too far away for when you want to go grab a bite, hit up a winery, distillery or brewery. We would stay here over and over again.

Sunrise Villas provided my husband, daughter and I a very relaxing and beautiful experience. 1st the views: STUNNING & MASSIVE!!! The villa was totally updated, very clean and comfortable. The amenities were wonderful!! And Yes, The pool is so beautiful and peaceful. The host, Cindy, was super thoughtful providing us with Lots of goodies, including a delight of HONEY from their 16 beehives!!! We have stayed in the Hill Country several times at various types of locales, SUNRISE Villas, our new Absolute FAVORITE!! One of my fb folks saw my photos and posts and inquired of me How to book? We can't wait to go again🌈

Private, quiet and SPECTACULAR views!!!

Cindy and Troy were easy to communicate with. Very clear directions to our cabin. WOW! When we we arrived, it looked even better than the photos. We stayed in the upper floor- wonderful balcony. We spent a lot of time enjoying the birds and wildlife right in front of us. Fabulous sunrise views and could watch storms roll in from miles away. Inside was very clean and tidy. A lot of attention to all the details of the little things you may need while using the kitchen. So nicely organized and very thoughtfully put together, including some nice little extras… snacks in the bowl, plenty of Kcups, and a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary ❤️ Also, a couple nice gifts as a memento of our Hill Country stay. The pool looked very enticing, but we ran out of time to use it. Thank you so much Cindy and Troy - we would love to stay again. We had a great time taking small day trips each day. So much to do! This a beautiful and relaxing area of Texas. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice unit. Clean, well furnished, decorated, etc. Terrific hill top view. I do not remember the online listing mentioning that it is an upstairs unit. My wife has difficulty with stairs. We might not want to return because of this.

We'll be back!

The view alone would have been enough. But the hosts made sure your experience was memorable. They were very sweet in welcoming us after we arrived. They thought of everything one might need and made it easy to find. You know those little items you forget to pack when you're in a rush? The room was very nice and set up to experience the views, whether you're laying in bed, sitting on the porch or lounging in a leather chair. All their little notes and goodies were a nice surprise too! If you like to hike they cut a path through their property to explore around. We'll be recommending to others as well.
