'Room was missing a top lock. Paid for late checkout but still was woken up twice at 10 am and at 11am asking us to checkout. Apparently they don’t communicate which guests have late checkouts. Ridiculous'

'This property is so dirty with a musty smell, we had to switch rooms 2 times because the rooms were still dirty with trash on the floor and the carpets in the rooms nor the hallways looked like they have been vacuumed at all for a while. When we finally got to a decent room it still had a mix of cigarette and musty smell, the a.c doesn't really work the wood desk the mini fridge was sitting in has wood rot residue everywhere because its falling apart, the bathroom doors do not lock, the pool was...

'I would give 1 to 2 stars for the overall experience, even though the room itself and the bed were actually great. To be fair, the front desk staff specifically Al and Mike were absolutely so wonderful and very polite and the whole reason I loved staying here. 'Rooms (occupied 3 separate rooms on the 5th floor) were clean and comfortable. My only complaint there is that the bathrooms were not as good as they can be. One bathroom had no shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall. The bracket was there, just no bottle. Another bathroom had conditioner, but empty body wash and shampoo--plus an employee left a dirty cleaning towel on the toilet. My bathroom door was aligned properly so it took a lot of force to shut it. Finally, the hallway...

'The staff were very nice , however the rooms were not very clean. The first room I was in had a brown liquid stains above the inside of the room door, as if someone threw coffee up onto the wall. The AC in the room was not great , the room felt muggy . I was switched to another room , no stains on the walls but the couch was full of stains , bathtub was not clean and spots of mold around the tub caulking .
Safety was also a concern , several “women of the night” if you get what I’m saying .....
