'We stayed here for two nights. We really enjoyed the historic hotel and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable in the King bedroom we stayed in. The room was adequate in size for us. My husband fell in love with the robe! He actually wore it to sleep in because it was so soft and cozy! The hotel was quiet with the exception of other guests that came in later and closed their doors hard. The A/C worked great but was loud for sleeping purposes. We ate...

'The gym was excellent and a real improvment. The rooms were upgraded since my last visit and this was a much needed improvement as well.'

'Room was bad. Light bulbs were burnt out in bathroom. Shower door about to fall off no coffee sweeteners or stir sticks. When room was cleaned still no restock of coffee or supplies. Very disappointing.'

'Very disappointing experience overall. The property was poorly maintained, and the level of service provided by both the staff and management was far below expectations. The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for guest satisfaction. The restaurant was another letdown. The food was average at best, and the restaurant staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the dining experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.'

'I think you need to be careful with a couple of things. 1 Pricing. Need to ensure that you're getting the idea cause sometimes price fluctuates and you could be paying a lot more. 2 Cleanliness is something that can improve in the hotel. We noticed the first one we were given, had a bad odour and then we had to switch to another room. Overall room service is average nothing extraordinary, but, just things to be mindful of.'

'To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn.'

'The breakfast and staff are great. However, my room was not cleaned, nor the garbage disposed of or my bed made when I was personally assured it would be by the staff. This incident was highly unfortunate. '

'Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was not good. The room smelled and the solution from staff was to cover the smell with a spray that worked for a while but wore off. The room was very small for a king and awkward layout. There were 2 chairs. One was in a corner that you couldn’t sit in and couldn’t move. The other was a comfy desk chair but blocked the person sleeping on the right side of the bed from getting out of bed to the bathroom. We also only had one towel in the bathroom....
