'Great place to stay the night. Amazing and very friendly employees. Good breakfast'

'great upgraded room with airconditioning. It was great because it was 39°C. Good big tv, beds okay and a superb breakfast!'

'The hotel (and offices , houses) has seen better days. Room is OK - large bed is of good quality. Breakfast is not up to standard and runs out before 8:00 without refill. the receptionist is the only person who understands english - other than that you need hands and feet for communication. Restaurant next to reception is of good qualtiy but not much people visiting. Parking behind the hotel has to be paid for and is very small - next parking is public but far distance.'

'Beautiful property. Owner does not speak English which made the check in difficult. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. '

'Moest voor zaken in Roznov zijn en dit leek me een goed hotel op het Internet; en dat is het ook. Ruime en nette kamers, met alle voorzieningen die nodig zijn. Aansluitend (in hetzelfde gebouw) een restaurant, waar je lekker kan eten. 's Morgens een prima en uitgebreid ontbijt. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed.'

'A small (12 rooms) beautiful villa - hotel in a perfect location in the town center. Spacious room and barhroom. Walking distance to main points of interest. Staff extremely helpful. Excellent food with limited selection. Room cleaning, towel change, not every day.'

However, check-in is only available until 4:00 PM; if you arrive late, you are out of luck. They do not accept check-ins after that. For someone traveling for business, having to go to the hotel within these hours can cause disruptions to other work. The bed was very old; in fact, one side was sagging, so I couldn't trust it. I could only sleep on the very...

'Very good'

'Clean room with plenty of storage. Situated in city centre near all amenities.'

'Restaurant, food is amazing'

'Ligging, lekker rustig. Beetje verouderd. Goede voorzieningen (spa, welness)'

'Špatnou room and very good breakfast. However, the room was very hotel although A/C was advertised.'

'Fantastic amenities such as pool, bowling and other activities. Good, quiet location and a nice walk by the river bank and the wooden village to the city. Clean, nice staff, beautiful design with traditional Moravian blue print. There is so much to see in this hotel that it should be an attraction on its own, definitely worth the visit. '

'1 night stay for my parents as a gift to my father’s 90th birthday. Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am. The spa treatments were apparently great, but the accommodation...
