'The air conditioner in one of the rooms didn't work'

'It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)'

'It’s nice and staff are friendly and well trained but you will have to deal with faulty issues. The door scanners are falling off and while it was raining, water leaked into the room from the ceiling and around the AC. There was no manager on site so we had to stay in the room with wet furniture.'

'Staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent. rooms are nice however the carpet is very old and has a urine odor. probably from pet's accidents. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. I have been in other hotels where the floors are tiled and makes cleaning better and odorless. I really like the friendliness, breakfast, clean beds and bathrooms, BUT...

'Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed. What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. 'The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was refreshing and delicious. However, the gym is a disappointment, the AC wasn't working and the equipment was broken. No signage to warn guests about not using it. Other than that we had a great time.'

'Do NOT book!!! Horrible hotel!! We checked in and when walked in the room it smelled musty and humid, the carpet by the AC was wet. When I went down to the front desk and told them about it they came up to check it out and what I was told was “the AC has been running a lot because it’s hot in Texas” duh I live in Texas so I know. We tell the guy that we are not talking about how cold it is, the concern was the carpet was wet it smelled humid and musty, traveling with 3 kids, 2 with asthma...
