'The property was very clean, and the staff were outstanding. Everyone was friendly and took care of all the needs in a timely and efficient manner. I would give it 5 star, if it wasn’t for the fact that my truck was broke in to along with several other trucks in the parking lot. The hotel does not have security guards or any kind of fenced area to keep delinquents away. '

'It is always a pleasure staying at this DoubleTree. The staff always greets us with a smile and are very helpful. The property always smells great and it is in top condition, it is honestly a home away from home. will definitely keep coming back at least once a month for a staycation :) .'

'Normally I don’t give reviews because as long as a room is clean and doesn’t have bugs I’m pretty easy. The room was semi-clean. Very outdated. The couch and chair were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! They need to throw them away asap. The remote was missing the back and they just taped th batteries in (so it didn’t work well) but I would probably not stay here again, but ok for a night if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room. '

'My daughter and I stayed here for her college visit to UTSA. It was a great location and the staff was wonderful.'
