'My car was keyed from front to back on the right side. I have a pearl vehicle suv and is very noticeable was told even though there is parking extra charge there is nothing they can do. They security for nothing. I feel very frustrated and angry.'

'We were there as a big group. The stay was great. Hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were amazing! Especially the front desk staff! Always helpful and interactive. Very friendly. Special shot out to Iris! She was amazing from day one till we left. Thank you! Also if you have the bonvoy membership you get access to Lifetime next door, great pools there.'

'The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was refreshing and delicious. However, the gym is a disappointment, the AC wasn't working and the equipment was broken. No signage to warn guests about not using it. Other than that we had a great time.'

'It’s nice and staff are friendly and well trained but you will have to deal with faulty issues. The door scanners are falling off and while it was raining, water leaked into the room from the ceiling and around the AC. There was no manager on site so we had to stay in the room with wet furniture.'

'I had a very important surgery the following morning and I was supposed to wake up at 5 AM. I did not sleep all night. There was a woman screaming like crazy. Worst hotel experience and worst night.!! I will definitely not be back. And the worst part is when we told management there was nothing that could be done.'

'They have free parking garage exclusively for guests. They give you two free drinks in the evening and snacks as well. Staff is really friendly, and price is good.'
