'I rented several cabins with Homeaway Ranch for my family. Very clean. There was a mix up on arrival. We had rented the Farmhouse, but it was unavailable. She offered two additional cabins instead. Disappointed that the family intended for the Farmhouse didn't get the extra space, but the cabin they were in was clean and had everything needed, just a little more cramped for a family with four kids. 'There was a maintenance issue and I was unable to stay at this location— however, I was contacted ahead of time by the owner and given an opportunity to stay at another nearby location with similar amenities. The owner was open, communicative, and honest, and I would recommend booking with them no matter which location you may find available.'

'We visited Texas for the 20024 eclipse and we had a great stay at Bandera Suite bed and breakfast. Room had everything we needed. Hosts are extremely nice and welcoming people and the lady of the house will make you a delicious breakfast. If you can swallow your pride you can play a game of Pacman with her. She will definitively beat you :-). Leah (cat) and Sandy (dog) are great addition to the house and our kids enjoyed playing with them. Leah was even sleeping with them. '

This is only a 1 bedroom house. The owners were made aware and said they would fix it on the Vrbo website. Also, being an older restored house, you can hear every movement the upstairs tenants make. 'We had such a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood is beautiful and full of historical homes with fascinating stories. It's a short walk to great local restaurants, Brown Coffee absolutely won my heart and I wish there was one closer to me. The overall space was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The property managers (Matt and Dave) were very considerate and polite and were more than happy to answer any questions that arose. We had such an amazing experience and I hope we get to come back...
