There's available parking but because it's near everywhere, you'll have to pay with an app. Overall, I would do it again with the great comfortable of La Luz.'

'The place is beautiful on the inside. I loved everything about it. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was in one bed there were ants in the bed the first few nights in which we got bitten a few times and woke up and killed them. Aside from that, our stay was very enjoyable and the condo is beautiful. '

The bed was quite firm, and I woke up with some back discomfort. Also, food options for kids were pretty limited, which made dining a bit challenging for families.

'Very nice and unique hotel. The valet staff was great and very helpful with parking. We had camping gear in the bed of our truck and they were able to park our vehicle right near the entrance and keep an eye on it through the night so nothing was stolen. Hotel is close to everything; The Alamo, the riverwalk, dining, shopping etc. '

'Het hotel ligt op 5 minuten van de Alamo en de River Walk. Je kunt echt overal naar toe lopen. We hadden een familie kamer. 2 grote comfortabele bedden en een zithoek. Heerlijk ruim. Hele fijne douche en de wastafel met spiegel en föhn was buiten de badkamer. Superhandig! Er was ook een koelkastje en magnetron. Hebben we niet gebruikt. Ontbijt is typisch Amerikaans hotel ontbijt. Wel warme wafels en ei. Geen vers fruit. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!'

"Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired."

"Op loopafstand van de riverwalk. Parkeerplaats voor €32 plus belasting zou van je deposit afgehaald worden. Werkelijkheid is dat na ruim een week nog steeds de reservering van de deposit op mijn credit card staat en de parkeerkosten ook al in rekening is gebracht. Ben benieuwd wanneer eindelijk mijn deposit terugkomt.
Verder ging bij het inchecken van alles mis. Twee keer moeten inchecken en de procedure was anders.
Lokatie is prima, maar de service moet beter om te concurreren met de vele hotels op steenworp afstand.
Om het parkeerterrein op te komen moet je heel handig zijn om bij de paal te kunnen komen om je kaartje ervoor te houden. "
