'I had a bad experience during my stay. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was already clogged. I called to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff member didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to move us to another room. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was very inconvenient and we had to keep going downstairs to use the restroom. A working bathroom is a basic necessity, and I expected better service. '

'It is a dated hotel and the room smelled musty probably from the AC. It is nice they serve breakfast but it is same menu everyday (stayed for 4 nights) and very basic. Our room was not cleaned because we were told from the receptionist that we had the please don't disturb sign overnight. I guess they check the tag at 6am and if it is on the door, they don't clean it that day. '

'Very clean room, EXCELLENT STAFF from the front desk to the housekeeping staff everyone is VERY NICE and I would highly recommend this place for singles, couples or families! Pets are welcomed and it's a quiet property with very well lit areas that feel safe inside and out. '

'Hotel room stunk like a wet dog and cheap cologne. I purposely booked a gotel in that area with an indoor heated pool.. hesting for pool did not work.. neither did the hot tub.'

Cockroach in first room, blood on sheets 2nd room, 3rd room lock didn't work, 4th room dead bugs in sheets. I had started my period that night so sheets got stained. They never changed them! Housekeeping made the bed with the dirty sheets. As soon as we came back from the day, I pulled the sheets back to find they never changed them. When I went to...

'The staff were very nice and the room was very clean. However, the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. I don’t have back problems but whenever I would wake up my upper back would always hurt. Due to this, I probably would not stay here again. Other than that, everything else was great. '
