'Breakfast was not the best. One day they were out of milk for the cerial. Bathroom shower was not the cleanest. Other than that the staff was nice and helpful. The front desk rep moved us to a different room because the fridge was not working.'

'1st asked for a 2 bedroom suite; that is what I booked when I arrived they had to split us; glad my party was old enough; 2nd billed for a pet fee; my animal is a service dog; still waiting for that credit to adjust. 3rd the pool needs a deep cleaning and the hot tub would not work. Gym floor was wet; the free breakfast needs a new chef or pre-cooked vendor needs to be changed. I hope they go under renovation soon for the price and the property is not worth it. Sorry to the staff ; I know yall...

'Easy check in. Had plenty of room. The only complaint was the sofa bed, had one blanket but no sheets. I know we could've asked, but we just pulled off the top on the beds and handed a few of the extra pillows and was set. Overall, it was good.'

'I enjoyed having a mini kitchen, very helpful. The breakfast muffins were old. Night before I had an 8 hour drive ahead of me the fire alarm went off all night/morning. Staff was apologetic but I was so irritated it did little to calm my nerves.'

'Room service was supposed to be done on day 2. We piled up the all the towels to make it easier for them only to come back late at night to the pile of towels. We used the same dirty towels that night. Mold was also showing above the shower. Shower head had terrible water flow. Staff didn’t honor their refund for night if we weren’t satisfied. Something about a breach in contract.'

'When we got there we found roaches in the room and the sheets were stained and the guy said there was Nothing that could be done because housekeeping was not there and didn't even agree to switch us rooms there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and there was no soap in the bathroom the pool was filthy and so was the area around it. Breakfast was ok but the potatoes were plain and dry but the staff seemed to walk to talk in another language when I brought this to there attention or when I came...

'El Hotel es Espectacular, pero está un poco descuidado en cuanto a mantenimiento no ocupe ningún servicio, excepto el campo de Golf que la Atención fue regular sobre todo para lo que cuesta y el servicio de Valet es carísimo y tarda más de 15 minutos en traer tu coche, deberían de hacer algo al respecto'

'Me and the family booked a double queen room. The room was clean and cozy! I never made it on time for breakfast unfortunately, but the staff was always super helpful during the stay! It is getting some renovations currently so had some construction meterials lying around but didn't affect the stay!'

'Excellent location right near Six Flags Fiesta Texas. For this location to go up and beyond they should really open up the back drive way to allow travelers to not have to hassle with the highway and be able to head straight to Six Flags. I truly believe that would make them a leading location in the area.'
