'Don’t be fooled by the front desk presentation of a clean façade. The room was dirty. There was water coming from the side of a wall. The shower was dirty and the floors were moldy. I did not trust the furniture or sheets but it was too late and I just wanted to go to bed. There was also a weird smell… not worth the price. There was Gnats as well in the room…'

'Pool out of service, everything from drinking fountains to toilet seat in the room was broken and not working. In the fitness area, the machines and water dispenser were broken. The room was nasty. This is, perhaps, the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The air conditioning didn’t cool very well, and thank goodness there was a microwave in the breakfast area, because the food was cold. Even the juice machine, which probably has never been cleaned, dispensed watery, disgusting juice. This property...

'We booked this place because it had an indoor pool, a workout room, and breakfast. Well, when we arrived, the front desk informed us that the pool was not really available due to the heating system..the water was freezing! We could barely keep our feet in the water before our feet went numb. The workout room was ok, only two of the three treadmills worked, and they had sticky gooey stuff on them. The first morning breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, the second morning the place was packed...

'This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around.'

I requested a refund and was informed they couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was on the phone for over an hour, several hangups from the representative, he send at least 8 or more verification codes. He finally informed me he could only reimburse a partial refund. He then booked me at a different hotel and...

'Perfect spot for a weekend stay, our shower head kept coming off when showering but I managed. Paid to park car in hotel parking this should have been included since paying for more then one night.but over all was clean, quiet and next to everything and had Starbucks available in lobby nice place!'

'The room was incredibly small. Literally could run into yourself! The bathroom was pretty bad. The floor was filthy and had silver fish bugs near the shower drain. There was no fridge or microwave and the desk provided was very small and uncomfortable. In addition, there wasn’t a place to hang your clothes. I struggled to keep my clothes that were on hangers clean and pressed. I imagine this is close to what a jail cell would feel like. Not planning to return to this one again. '
