'The place is lovely, the breakfast delicious, the bed was comfortable, the spa was great, and all was very clean. We enjoyed time on our own front porch. The property was beautiful . My one complaint was that the soaps and shampoo were very heavily spearmint scented which was a lot of spearmint after a bit. '

'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

'This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. '

'The house was perfect for the amount of guest we had (14). Everyone had a bed and we really enjoyed the living room area, back porch, hot tub, and dining area. Definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends or family. We will definitely book again next time, if available.'

'Such a lovely place. Very peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the grounds and felt like we had wandered into a botanic garden. The hosts were lovely and friendly and them treats they left were just right. The place is small but we could use the porch for sitting as well.
