Positief: Netheid, inchecken, communicatie en locatie
The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great! The bathroom was nice and had a great shower. Our only complaint was that the listing and the printed receipt said it included breakfast vouchers. There were not any vouchers when we checked in. My husband called to ask how we got them. The lady told him that they had stopped providing the vouchers last summer. She explained that they either had to stop doing the vouchers or go up on the room prices. He told her that it was still in the listing and on our receipt. Then she said they would bring them to us. I understand that it is a struggle to keep prices affordable and profitable at the same time. I just hope the listing and printed information on the reservation receipt get updated. If we had not expected it, there would have been no problem. She did make it right and the restaurants that were options on the vouchers were excellent.
