'Evers House is a beautiful historic home. Our room had high ceilings and original hardwood floors. The bed was super comfortable, the ac worked great, good water pressure in the shower, plenty of towels, quiet and private. We loved the breakfast in the picnic basket by our door every morning, the shady front porch, and hanging out by the fire pit under the big oak tree. 'Very interesting property. Swiss Theme. Separate, well equipped cabins for your stay. Very peaceful and scenic: babbling brook, wildlife. We were there on a Tuesday & Wednesday evening so couldn’t experience the Club, etc. Convenient to Fredericksburg town center, et. al. Is it worth $330. + per night? Probably not, but I am glad we experienced the property.'

'This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. '
