'The hotel has a terrible smell upon entrance. Some may be ok with that, however this is a luxury hotel. It should have a luxury ambience. The other part is that the Tommie hotel also connects to it, so you should just book there for half the co. It’s literally the same lobby, bars, pool, etc. You can really just stay there for half the cost, the Thomas was not worth the money overall a 3 star experience'

'Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly. However, $38 daily parking for hotel guests is absurd. Please consider extra cost before booking. They may be afew bucks cheaper than other venues but most of other hotels don’t charge parking in the Austin area.'

'Hotel could use some refreshing, from the rooms to the pool. The rooms are showing age, while the pool walls and floors were very beat up. The Vera Cruz taco stand mad all that moot as we loved that place. Staff was super friendly, parking valet was fairly fast friendly but I'd preferred to self park. Location is a bonus as it's very close to dining, bat bridge, and entertainment.'

'Absolutely loved my stay, it was so memorable! Only thing I have to say is I was really bummed out there wasn’t a full body mirror anywhere in my suite, the only available mirror was the one in the bathroom above the sink and it showed my reflection roughly from the waist up (I am 5’4 for reference). Also, a laundry basket would’ve been helpful given that my room had in-unit washer and dryer and I had nowhere proper to throw together my dirty garments but that’s just a thought. Nonetheless, I...
