'Excepcional'

'Breakfast was good and cleaned up frequently. Staff was nice. Ac was cold. I ordered late checkout and asked to not have anyone knock on my door because I am night shift and needed sleep. I have the marker on the door and of course they woke me up at 1130. '

'Disappointed. We booked 4 rooms next to each other (I do want to say the staff at front desk was very friendly, however). We had 12 little girls on our stay, as this was a girl scouts overnight trip. The photos online were misleading. In one of our refrigerators, there were beer cans (so it was clearly not thoroughly cleaned). Another room only had ice cold or scalding hot water-- no in between. Another room's AC didn't cool below 75 degrees (which felt warmer since there were 4 people in the...

'There was a hole in the wall where the cable jack came out. The elevator also had a weird odor. Staff was accommodating. '
