'The staff is wonderful - Patty was so very kind and helpful! She really made our stay memorable.
Breakfast was just so so, they were out of coffee, the sausage links were like rubber, there was no one really there to help and there was a checkout line at the front desk so we didn't want to bother them.'

We found a small issue and reported it and it was resolved in a few hours. Never have I had that care and thoughtfulness. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Juan Lupe and Gema!'
