'Room was clean. Their Apple Pay system was not working. Front office staff was nice, but they were not very helpful with the Apple Pay system. Charged me for items from the minibar that I did not eat. The charged cleared after I checked out.'

'Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Easy parking in their garage (they give you a permit to display on your dash). Good breakfast. Only 2 donwsides I can think of: 1. the breakfast ends too early (10am would be better) and we were there for 16 nights and our room was never fully cleaned. We had to request it (and they seemed to be surprised by my request) and even then only the sheets were changed. They didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. I don't know about you but at home I don't go...

'Nice hotel with friendly staff, we had a very good stay until thunderstorms hit the location. Luckily no damage but the hotel didn’t do the necessary repairs so we had no warm water no electricity and no internet for about 14 hrs'

'During check in time the associate charge my card 2x. Was out off 600.00 for a weekend stay. Then tells me I have to wait until 3-5 business days to get money back. The hotel door to the room was hard to go in and out of. Asked for accommodation paid parking due to the inconvenience they cause he tells me it’s out of his control just an overall terrible weekend there. I’ve never had this issue with a Marriott hotel. I will rather go down the street to the Hilton I had a great experience there...
