'The room was excellently furnished and attention to detail is very good. Best linens ever! It’s a wonderful place and I am sure there are probably great rooms. If you are facing S Lamar, it is the loudest room I have ever stayed in after 55 years. One simply can’t get a nights rest. It can’t be overstated how loud it is. You have to ask for a quiet room or it’s awful. Additionally there was a fire alarm. The noise from the alarm was over 110db, however in the room, the lights did not flash...

'Well the room wasn't very clean, there was a baby pacifier under the bed, also the pull out bed was horrible!! Also we booked it specifically for the pool & when we got there the lady was like oh I'm sorry, the pool is under construction. Also it took about 30 minutes or more for her to check me in, cuz she couldn't find my reservation when I had my receipt on my phone. So the whole trip was blah....'

'Remodeled rooms are excellent! The fitness center was closed because they stored mattresses there, the pool was full of bugs because it was not scammed/cleaned regularly. We were a little disappointed because the breakfast area was being remodeled, and there was only grab and go available, we typically enjoy the full breakfast when we stay there. The only challenge with our room was the door knob on the inside of the room came off the day we were leaving, but we contacted one of the repair...

'Everything was wonderful! The only thing I would recommend for the property is that they clean their pools daily and their pool lounge chairs. I went swimming and noticed some food at the bottom of the pool, and when I went to the pool the next day, the food was still there.'

'It was a good stay other than at 6AM smoke detector in our room started going off...it was the craziest alarm clock I've ever had and scared the absolute hell out of us...and then it just turned off on its own and we fell back asleep and then it happened again at 7AM I honestly have no idea what was going on we didn't even reach out to front desk we just kept going back to sleep there was no fire . It was ringing down the halls in other rooms too'
