'The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The cottage we booked was very clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. I had the most amazing massage at the spa and highly recommend Laura!!! We enjoyed the pool, the walking trails and wildlife and the sun sets were beautiful!! And the pickleball courts were great :-)'

My only concern was that I was charged incorrectly at checkout and told that it would take 5-7 days to give me my money back, “depending on my bank” which seemed to imply this was my fault. I don’t know why they couldn’t charge me correctly in the first place, it wasn’t a complicated stay with lots of charges. Otherwise, very happy.'
