'The staff was very friendly. The room was clean but the elevators were in bad shape, the key didn't work to get in the building, my key didn't work to get in my room, (but they did send someone with a new key), the carpet was absolutely filthy, and my room smelled dirty even though it appeared to be clean. 'Our first time at this resort , no one informed us what amenities or activities were in the “resort “ no info on wha as a family u can do here or near. Staff seemed very unhappy with their job as not very helpful if you are a minority.
