'Love staying at Brava house. 10/10!!'

'We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot...

'The staff and service were excellent, however, all restaurants were closed due to either renovation or a private event. We were given a credit to use for room service and then the food was a disappointment. We couldn’t even use the pool until the following day either.'

'Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs...

'I can not say enough about the property staff especially the front desk! both were pleasant and very helpful when I misplaced my phone. The lounge has the coolest vibe and the food is delicious! I will definitely plan my stay at the Canopy when I return to Austin '

'Check in was easy! Vallet was efficient and friendly! Room was comfortable and clean. Fitness center has Peleton equipment and was spacious- free weights and machines were up to date and well kept. The location was perfect for easy access to great restaurants and 6th street. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family! '

'The staff were amazing. The valet even helped us get and set up the uber app that we had never used. Check in was prompt and easy. The room was very clean and the bed was great. The bathroom area lighting was not as bright as I would prefer, likely due to the black decor. I was disappointed that the only in room coffee option was Nespresso, not a fan so I had to leave the room to get coffee from the coffee shop. The lack of a microwave was also disappointing. '

'This hotel is in the middle of downtown Austin. It is very loud and has a lot of homeless in the area. There is construction right. Ow and it was very difficult to get to the property. Check-in was great. Helpful customer service. Parking is $55 for self parking. I was told if I wanted to valet it would be $75. The location is right by I-35. Be mindful of this because there is the freeway noise, the construction noise, construction. The room “looked” clean. But, we all had red bumps that...
