'The property is in great condition. It's clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the area felt safe. Bryan, the host, was quick to respond to the one minor issue we had. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I felt like we got a good deal considering how much space we were given a bedroom plus a private living area where we were able to sit and visit. We also enjoyed time on the front porch, listening to nature and watching the locals walk by. '

'The Heywood Hotel is located in close proximity to almost everything. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby along East Cesar Chavez Street and East 6th Street. We also enjoyed shopping and eating on South Congress. The staff was very helpful to us. It was nice to be able to park and the walk to your room is a very short distance. We also took the Austin City Limits theatre tour which was very enjoyable. We chose the Heywood mainly for its close proximity of the Malin meeting...

'We LOVE this hotel! It’s easy to access great food and entertainment! When you arrive they always have drinks and even a quick snack (cookies) available in the entry! They also have a shuttle that will drive you to near by locations. Wish more hotels were like this! '

'Friendly staff and the record player is an amazing touch. People kept talking about the restroom at the entrance. When you walk in to your room, you are technically in the main restroom and visibility to shower so plan for that if you’re staying with a family member. I enjoyed the stay and will be back again. '

'Everything was awesome except for the noisy AC unit which ran almost continuously to keep the room comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular and private even with both of us in the room together. Housekeeping services and amenities like the bar, coffee shop and valet were all lovely. The atmosphere was also rather upscale which I thoroughly enjoyed. The view of downtown from my room was just ok, but I wasn't there to enjoy the view! '

'I had a great time at Hilton canopy, the location was awesome and there were several restaurants within walking distance. At night it was definitely lively and there would’ve been plenty of bars for me to go to if I wasn’t so cozy in the room. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean, I can’t say enough about how polite and engaging the staff was. I would absolutely Choose to stay here again on my next trip to Austin in a couple months.'

"Leuk hotel, de eerste aanblik is heel trendy en dit zet zich voort in de lobby, restaurant, rooftop, kamers, zwemvad.
Door de centrale ligging is er wel omgevingsgeluid.

"I had a very disappointing stay at this Super 8. The room smelled strongly of mold and was very dark and damp, making it uncomfortable to spend any time in. The air felt heavy, and it seemed like there was little to no ventilation.
The shower was another issue—the water had a strange, unpleasant smell and the water pressure was uncomfortably strong. It didn’t feel clean or refreshing at all.
To top it off, the swimming pool didn’t seem well-maintained either. The water didn’t look clean and there was no shade…
Overall, this was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless some serious improvements are made"
